Dear Expectant Mother,

Dear Expectant Mother,

We are friends for many years and married for 3, with so much love to give. We’ve been wanting to grow our family, and the prospect of potentially being chosen as adoptive parents warms our hearts. We are ready & committed to expanding our home & family to a new baby. We wish so much to be parents, to share our lives, experiences, adventures, but most of all our hearts, with a child. We have tried for years to start a family on our own, unsuccessfully, and have realized we’re open and excited to build our family however that may look, and through whatever challenges we may face together. The gift of raising a child would be the biggest blessing and greatest adventure of our lives. We would be forever grateful to have this opportunity. We promise to love whichever child God has intended for us to raise, nurture and support them and give them the best life and opportunities we can. We promise to respect you and ensure that we keep the lines of communication open so that this child can grow up knowing where and who they come from, how they came into our lives, and how they completed our family. We want this child to know how much they are loved, by you and by us, and by God. We promise to teach them that they are valued and worthy of unconditional love that is available to us all. We have so much gratitude in our hearts and hope for the best. We wish you all the best on your path also, and would be honored if our paths crossed.

About Us

We met at a mountain bike race in 2011 and have been riding, hiking and adventure companions ever since. We both have a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors & Mother Nature. We each connect spiritually when we’re in nature, and we connect & relate to one another in that way. Neither of us are very religious, but have a greater sense of Presence, Power and Love when we immerse ourselves in the outdoors. We eloped by a river and hiked to the top of a lookout point that felt like walking a stairway to the heavens, thanking God for each other and asking to be blessed on our walk together as husband and wife. We have been so fortunate, continuing to thrive in our home and work. We live on 5 acres of beautiful land, with an abundance of gardens, woods and wildlife to explore every day, which is something we can’t wait to share with a child.
